It's the usual problem we have in Debian Ports. The ldb package does not build
on
powerpc [1] which is why samba cannot be built and we run into a situation as
explained
in [2].
Someone needs to fix the ldb package but I will build the package without the
testsuite
manually and upload it to make samba installable again.

Installed today, samba 4.11.5
