GPU hardware acceleration has been broken on iBook G3's (Mobility 7500, Mobility Rage) since Jessie, and I was wondering if this is due to developers lack of hardware, or it being a low priority. If it is due to a lack of hardware, I would be happy to donate a machine to whomever would be interested in doing development, as I am not a programmer myself.
