Are you using the netboot images or is this the ISO image? What you are doing here is something I have never tested so I cannot guarantee that this isn't completely broken. The only thing I have verified to work is installing using a regular CD-ROM and I usually use the basic installation mode although I verified expert mode to work fine on sparc64 yesterday.
