The simplest way to report this kind of issue is to follow one of the last section of the install guide: https://www.debian.org/releases/stable/powerpc/ch05s04.html.fr#submit-bug Please do carefully review those steps. Since you have a gmail account, you should be able to follow this simple guide [*] to have 'reportbug' up and running in no time.
