Hmm. Odd. I do (PowerBook2,1) but my DVD drive on my XP SP3 machine won't burn 
any disks CD DVD or floppy. (DVDs are lazer! How can 3.5" be read by a laser?)

You need to remove the line wrapping in the shell commands. See it
attached again.
