Yes but I was talking about user space. Debian powerpc already includes a 64bit kernel which is required to work on 64bit machines and allow more than 4GB ram in the machine, but user space works just fine as 32bit for almost everything (might want 64 bit for postgres and such). -- Len Sorensen
