I'm trying hard to have a functional gluegen2 / libjogl2-java on ppc64el so that scilab could be usable. See #798652 and #779482. I encounter difficulties testing my builds on a porter box because they don't offer remote X display (or I don't know how to achieve it). My current configuration uses a vncserver from inside a sid schroot on the porter box.
