Not that I am aware of, at this moment. I'm not familiar with the racket source & binary packages, but they don't seem to block much of the BD-Uninstallable packages or a/some more critical package(s) - which has been mostly the focus for the new release. I also haven't looked closely, but it fails on ppc64 (big endian) too, so maybe it's not ported to ppc64 at all? - or you happen to know an instance of it running? Let's follow up on a separate e-mail - we're happy to know the needs of ppc64el users, and prioritize/work on it.
