This is correct. I believe you mentioned this package because it was a
dependency in case you wouldn't have any of other packages
(libaprutil1-dbd-sqlite3, for instance). This one won't be a problem.

Still missing yet.
As I said, it is now available for you to install (linux-tools-3.13).
oprofile
Is oprofile on the Debian repository?
valgrind
This package shouldn't be ready until June/July. We are working on it.

as we build the missing ones, we will let you know.
