Yes, you can always hope :) . But seriously, someone has to do the work of pushing the changes to the kernel (or at least to Debian) and they have to be accepted. In the meantime, you can: * rebuild the excito kernel with the options you need, or * use the Debian kernel without the excito changes if you don't need the respective pieces of hardware, or * ask excito to provide a kernel with those options enabled. Here I assume that these features are really disabled in the kernel (not that they are built as modules and module autoloading is somehow broken).
