Hmm, I am not aware of any since (12/2004) I am managing bugs of the Debian ALSA packages as a member of the "Debian ALSA Maintainers" team. alsa-utils (alsamixer) should _work_ out of the box..... But I can only test on a late G4 PB. I don't have a PowerMac handy.
