Greetings,
I have a Powerbook 12" 1.5GHZ. I am using XFCE as my window manager. I
am running kernel 2.6.26.2 with Debian Squeeze.
Is there any way to prevent the trackpad from being used to click? When
I move my mouse across the screen with the trackpad it frequently clicks
on things and selects as I drag. My trackpad is worn out, so using a lot
of pressure doesn't work very well.
I have set Drag and Drop Threshold and Double Click Time and Distance to
maximum in Settings > Mouse > Behavior. I have also tried changing
Feedback and Threshold for both Configure and appletouch under Settings
> Mouse > Devices.
I turned this "feature" off under Mac OS X. Is there an equivalent (GUI
or CLI) under Debian?
Thanks,
Ross Gohlke
