I strongly doubt that:
pivot_root: No such file or directory
/Kernel panic: Attempted to kill init!
s <0>Rebooting in 180 seconds..bin/init: 432: cannot open dev/console: No
such file
suggests the panic is due to pivot_root failing.
The console log did not show any boot options being set, so try to make
sure something as root=/dev/sda1 is passed to the kernel.
