I hate flash; I use dialup internet over a noisy rural phone line. On a 486. I'm upgrading to an RS/6000 H50 because I want the reliability in an inexpensive (huge) package. However, the driving factor in the upgrade is the dismal performance of firefox and web access in general. On many websites I access (generally sites with a product catalog), flash is __required__ to access anything other than the 'what the heck is this' icon.
So on the PPC, when you need to read a flash page, what are the alternatives? Thanks, Doug. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
