Sure, but it is currently shipped as part of the debian kernels, and as part of the x86 and other d-i kernel .udebs. For some obscure reason it was addeed on x86 and amd64 but not on powerpc. And then people wonder why i say that d-i kernel .udeb maintenance is a mess, and ask for neater technical solutions.
