I got the kernel-sorce from unstable now, build it, installed and got
endless errors at boot time.
It was no possible to shutdown the machine and I'd use hard reset on
my mac mini.
kern.log and syslog do not show anything about that boot.
At the moment I do not see a change to get a new kernel and sound
support without upgrading from stable (either partial or full). So
I'll leave it as it is to have a reliable system.
