Questions about realplayer

Hello,I am trying to play the video highlights from nba.com but realplayer and helix player will not play them.It says "The following components are required video/x-ms-asf".I am using realplayer 10.0.5.756.Is there any way I can play this stuff?Also,what is the difference between helix player and real player?Do I even need real player?
