Went to compile a new 2.6 kernel from scratch today. when i did: apt-get install kernel-headers
i got this: The following packages have unmet dependencies: kernel-headers: Depends: kernel-headers-2.6 but it is not going to be installed E: Broken packages tried an apt-get -f install to no avail. also the usual googling provided nothing and installing the latter package first. thanks for any help or advice rob
