Long time ago I had this - either your version of pbbuttonsd is fairly
old, or you need to create more event devices in /dev/input.
If that's not it, I'd like to know the details (plain /dev, devfs or
udev; versions of mouseemu and pbbuttonsd, boot log reporting ADB and
USB devices) ...
