Sure Philippe:
1) With the keyboard I use /etc/sysctl.conf with these two lines:
# Mid button: fn+command
dev.mac_hid.mouse_button2_keycode=126
# Right button: fn+enterKP
dev.mac_hid.mouse_button3_keycode=127
I have put dev/mac_hid/mouse_button3_keycode=88 int /etc/sysctl.conf
file and it works.

2) With the touchpad driver from Stelian as of version 0.07 (I think)
lets you tap with two (mid button) and three (right buton) fingers if
you use it as a synaptics touchpad.
