and search for eth, there should at least one line stating which
module has been mapped to eth0.
Alright, for eth0 I have this result:
eth0: BMAC at 00:05:02:d3:e6:d8 --> that is the built-in ethernet
controller
The device other device is this one:
0000:00:0e.0 Ethernet controller: Winbond Electronics Corp W89C840
Now I searched the internet for an appropriate driver, but all I
found where hints on how to recompile the kernel with winbond
support. Isn't it possible to load the driver to the kernel instead
of recompiling it?
Does anybody have a driver for such a controller?
