I have a Radeon 9000 in my G4 and it seems to work fine. I was thinking about getting a 9800 so I can play with core image in OS X, but I wondered if the 9800 would work under Linux? I checked the r300 page at Sourceforge and it looked like probably X might work minimally at least. Is this true on the PPC as well? Does anyone use a Radeon 9800 under Linux on the PPC? How well does it work?
