 Didn't see your original post, might be that you need to set a latin1
(or latin0/9 if you want to see euros too) font.  Alternatively,
http://www.kenmoffat.uklinux.net has uk keytables for the iBook2 for the
versions of console-tools and kbd that were current when I got my iBook.
