Eric, Looking carefully at the referenced web page, I see that it mentions the TwinTurbo graphics card.
so, I'd guess your kernel boot options should be something like this: video=imsttfb:vmode:13,cmode:16 You may have to play around with various "vmode" and "cmode" values.
