pbbuttonsd has the ability to return the function keys to their expected behavior (that is, as real function keys, not the Apple-specific behavior). It's set in /etc/pbbuttons/pbbuttonsd.conf: KBDMode = fkeysfirst Works a treat on my Titanium III. The Apple-specific features (backlight, volume, etc.) can still be reached, only now they're the ones that require you to press the 'fn' key. Paul
