On those recent G4 models, the bogomips should be approx. equal to the frequency. The reason, it's not on your case is that the CPU is really running at half speed. The firmware is doing that and the code for controlling the CPU speed properly for those new models isn't in yet. It's beeing worked on though and should be ready real soon. Ben.
