To make X work you need xfree-dri-trunk and I installed xfree 4.3.99 I posted all that you need in the following link (you have the kernels images also) http://isadora.homelinux.net/debian/powerbook/ Things that work: - Xfree with 2d accel - CD/DVD recorder - pcmcia - bluetooth (with Palm Tungsten T3 access with ppp) - light sensors to adjust lcd bright and keyboard backlight - Sound - USB - fan control Why I don´t erase MacosX? Airport don't work (I use an 3com wifi pcmcia card) External monitor don't work 3d accel sleep support Regards Federico > Thanks. > > R > > -- > linux.conf.au 2004 - Adelaide, Australia: http://lca2004.linux.org.au/ > > "Oh no, not again." -- My software never has bugs. | ASCII Ribbon Campaign /"\ It just develops random features. | For Standards-Complaint Email \ / Public GnuPG key available at: http://www.keyserver.net X 1024D/203E154B 2003-10-03 Federico Gamio <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> / \ Key fingerprint = 0B9E 3A19 C88B EBAC 5422 C05F 76B5 B922 203E 154B sub 2048g/32D2F465 2003-10-03
