I just tried the patch against vanilla 2.6.9 on a PowerBook 5,3 (17", G4 1.33GHz, Radeon 9600 M10) and it worked very well. Only problem I noticed is that the sound volume is very low after wakeup, but this can be worked around by unloading and reloading the snd-powermac module. I'll put the machine through a few more sleep/wake cycles over the next few days and report how it works out. Thanks a bunch, Ben. Once again you've really made my day.
