Experience (from before I knew that) seems to confirm this, the
previous batteries died after a life on almost-always-at-100%.
Note that your batteries will die after some three years even if you do
not use them. Certain conditions ( temperature, charge and
charge/recharge cycles ) may prolong the life a little bit but do not
expect them to life forever :-(
