Chris, Thanks again. That gets me most of the way, but leaves me with one (hopefully) last question. I have no file “mac-usb-us.kmap.gz” to use. It’s not in /usr/share/keymaps/i386/qwerty (is an i386 directory where it’s really supposed to be?). Neither is it anywhere else that I can find. According the powerpc keycodes document you directed me to: “You can copy in *any* keymap from the /usr/share/keymaps/i386 folder, there are lots to choose from.”. Should I just do that, even though they are i386 codes, or should I try to get (like by download, if that’s possible) the mac-usb.us.jmap.gz file from somewhere?
