Basically, until the JITter is ported to powerpc you're in a for a lot of pain. I have successfully in the past compiled mint (the non JIT interpreter) for powerpc but it is slow and crashy. I have it on good authority that Ximian are going to put some more effort into the powerpc JIT... -- Edd
