right. I am not a specialist of jigdo but i think that jigdo need files directy on the iso9660 cdrom filesystem. Knoppix (x86 and the mib ppc version) uses a compressed iso9660 filesystem aka cloop and all the debian system on it is contained in a big file (/KNOPPIX/KNOPPIX in the x86 version). Soon you will be able to make your own knoppix cd using debootstrap and some knoppix debs, in your case this could be a better solution.
