These debs from kde.org are not from Debian, so they might cause problems like the ones you're seeing. > Where can i get libarts1? or what can i do? To get xmmsarts working, you will probably have to compile it yourself. Note also that until version 0.4-26, xmmsarts corrupted the audio on PPC. Frank
