upgrading to KDE 3.1

I'm trying to upgrade to KDE 3.1 using the following deb address:

deb http://download.kde.org/stable/3.1/Debian stable main

But I can't seem to get apt-get to install kde using "apt-get install
kde".. what's the right way to do this?
