Why not the Bash Reference Manual? You can get it in HTML, PDF and
various other formats at
http://www.gnu.org/manual/bash-2.05a/bashref.html
The bash-doc package includes the BRM in info format ("info bash" gets
it), which is not everybody's favourite. But the BRM itself is very
good.
