I seem to be having trouble connecting to my airport v2 base station
from an ibook2 equipped with an airport card.
I wish to connect to a base station with a name a password (all the
users use the same name - say "mozambique" - and password - say
"current").
My configuration script is:
auto eth1
iface eth1 inet static
address 192.168.181.11
netmask 255.255.255.0
gateway 192.168.181.254
up iwconfig eth1 essid benguela
up iwconfig eth1 enc s:current
up iwconfig eth1 nick rozair
iwconfig gives me:
