my pmac experience is limited to older ones, but as for my setup, i run esd, aummix, and xmms, and all have the volume controls work. i have /dev/audio and /dev/dsp set to 660 and root:audio, and all my l-users are members of group audio. eric > > Kind regards > > Roland Wegmann > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > > >
