This is so cool! The E15-thing is something I have been thinking of
doing, but never got the time to look at, and David Monro has said
something like "maybe later".

Could you post a working version of the ibm_e15fb-patch for 2.4? That
would be really great.

Do you really need the caro-min-patch? I thought most of the patches
there were merged into the BK-tree. My 7248 works fine without it.
