libapache-mod-perl seems to forget to add the following important line to /etc/apache/httpd.conf:
LoadModule perl_module /usr/lib/apache/1.3/mod_perl.so
To double check, I just now did "apt-get remove libapache-mod-perl" and
"apt-get install libapache-mod-perl". This did not add it or provide a
warning to add it manually. Adding the line manually seems to work.
