I have a Apple. PowerPC 7450 (PowerBook G4). Is it a big or a little
endian system? And where is the difference.

I hope. I found already the peace of source, which is AFAIK
responsible for the bug. It is around line 3556 of afio.c. There are
many casts to ushort.
