Thanks to Jens and Rogério for their hfs-boot-floppy suggestion. It
worked just fine for me, as did the other disk images I made with System
Disk.
My installation is complete.
However, when I try to start X I'm told:
Fatal sever error:
Cannot open mouse (No such file or directory)
I'm using the standard-issue Apple one-button ADB mouse (attached
through an Apple Extended ADB keyboard). Can anyone tell me how to fix
this?
