Removing /etc/power/pwrctl and apt-get --reinstall install pmud didn't
help. There is no configuration file back in /etc/power and pmud doesn-t
appear as process.
pmud usually logs to /var/log/syslog.
I get still the same log information

Mar 18 11:40:54 localhost pmud[1703]: daemon stopped (/etc/power/pwrctl
is insecure, cannot start)
but the owner is root.
