Well, as far as I tried, it worked quite well (for me at

Oh, one thing more: just to be on the safe side, I changed the
debian/rules script to avoid the parallel make (-j) to a
simple $(MAKE), since I read (in one of the bug reports) that
it could be a potential cause of problems.
