For Emacs and XEmacs I added:
LDFLAGS="-znocombreloc"

I am thinking we may have to change the build scripts for emacs21
on ppc to make sure it uses ld and not gcc for linking temacs.
Otherwise we won't be able to parse -z nocombreloc.

ps Are we the only arch effected by this? I would have thought
any arch currently using combreloc now might be.
