        Well, I think that it is. I have used the woody PPC bootdisks
        (v. 3.0.14) to install woody in a oldworld (it's an
        9500/180MP) and it worked quite well, with an installation
        from scratch.

        I could then install everything as it is with x86. The only
        parts that were a bit more complicated were those that had
        something to do with the hardware (namely, compiling the
        kernel and configuring X).

        But I am working on these and they have nothing to do with the
        woody boot-floppies.
