Sorry, I read your mail to mean 'some lspci -v output I read about in another message'. Does that new address range only work with the IDE card, and did other pcmcia devices work at the old address perhaps? I recall something about pcmcia IDE devices using some hack in the kernel to bypass the normal pcmcia interface somehow, maybe that's why the address range differs from the lspci output. Michael
