Has anyone successfully run XFree86 4.1 on a TiBook with accelerated ATI support, or better yet, DRI support, rather than using the framebuffer?
All I have been able to do is crash the X server... Of course, the framebuffer drivers a quite snappy, but something in me desires to use the native drivers... (Maybe it's that neurotic habit of mine of fixing things that aren't broken...) Also, then, I should be able to get 3D acceleration running... Gregory P. Keeney Mad Computer Scientist
