I haven't tried that one, but I know intuitively (it's in debian testing), which switches network settings (don't know how well it integrates the iwconfig stuff); plus it can switch around _any_ config file on your system. It basically has a complete 'config files' filesystem somewhere, and switches everything it finds in there.
