I can't say for sure, but this is probably caused by a faulty TLS implementation on your bank's server. This is covered in the "Known Problems" section of the Mozilla release notes; generally a good first place to look when you have problems. TLS is the successor to SSL. Mozilla 0.9.1 is the first version to use TLS, and it has problems with some non-compliant servers. There are patches available to most servers.
