Actually, a Lombard needs no kernel args. It will boot into [EMAIL PROTECTED] 
automagically. Almost all portables boot into their correct resolutions via the 
correct drivers in bens 2.4 tree without using any video= args. (I know for 
sure the Lombard does it in 2.2 also)
